Lynn qualified in 1994 having studied at Cardiff University and Chester College of Law. For the past 30 years Lynn has specialised in private client work acquiring considerable experience in Wills, Estate and Trusts Administration, Estate Tax Planning, Lasting Powers of Attorney, challenging land titles involving complex estates and trusts and some Court of Protection Work. Lynn collaborated with the Court in the Miners Respiratory Disease class action cases, to produce guidance for the profession on volume probate applications and has undertaken other prestigious roles.

Lynn has acted as mentor and advisor to will writing teams and undertaken work for large charitable organisations. Lynn has a wealth of experience in the private client sector.
