Formerly a music teacher, Elmira qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer and Commissioner for Oaths in 2015 and has extensive experience in sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers, business sales, drafting legal documents such as Deeds of Variations, Transfers of Part, Leases and so on. 

Career highlights include acting for major property developers and facilitating multimillion pound property transactions on behalf of high profile clients whilst working for international law firms.
