Andrew is in charge of the Criminal Department. Andrew qualified as a solicitor in 1981.
Following a spell working in prosecuting, he established Andrew Twomlow & Co as a specialist defence firm which amalgamated with Twomlows in 1987.
Andrew has vast experience defending the most serious charges including murder, rape, historic sexual offences, conspiracy and fraud. He is also a Higher Rights (Crime) Advocate.
